Clo Chocolates is the vision of French trained chocolatier Clotilde, who fell in love with Sligo at eighteen and returned after time at the two Michelin starred Joel Robuchon in Paris. What began as small batch truffles grew into a dedicated chocolate studio and the launch of Clo Chocolates in 2022. Crafted with ethically sourced ingredients and a focus on sustainability, each piece blends classic flavours with a modern twist. We feature it for the way it brings luxury and care together in every bite.

Handcrafted in Sligo, the Clo Collection brings together nine artisan chocolates that celebrate true Irish craft. Each piece is created to showcase pure, authentic chocolate flavour, from smooth sea salted praline to silky caramel truffle, rich seventy percent dark blends and bright raspberry caramel notes. Thoughtfully balanced and beautifully presented, it is a luxurious taste of Ireland, perfect as a gift or a moment of indulgence for yourself. Box contains 9 chocolate pieces.

Materials:

Milk Chocolate: min cocoa solids 33.6%, min milk solids 20.8%, (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: Soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, whole milk powder). Dark chocolate: (min cocoa 70.5%) Cocoa mass, sugar, fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: Soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. White chocolate : Min cocoa solids 33.9%, min milk solids 21%, (sugar, cocoa fat, dry whole milk, emulsifier: Soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring). Cream (milk), vanilla pod, raspberry puree, sugar, glucose syrup, Hazelnut(Nut), Almonds (Nut), colouring (E172, E555)

We dispatch orders every day; delivery typically takes 2–3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays ship the next working day. Domestic deliveries go out with An Post. International orders are sent with DPD or DHL. For destinations outside the EU, local import duties or customs fees may apply and are payable by the recipient.
