Clo Chocolates is the vision of French trained chocolatier Clotilde, who fell in love with Sligo at eighteen and returned after time at the two Michelin starred Joel Robuchon in Paris. What began as small batch truffles grew into a dedicated chocolate studio and the launch of Clo Chocolates in 2022. Crafted with ethically sourced ingredients and a focus on sustainability, each piece blends classic flavours with a modern twist. We feature it for the way it brings luxury and care together in every bite.

Experience a taste of the Wild Atlantic with this handcrafted milk chocolate bar made in Sligo, Ireland. Smooth milk chocolate is blended with crunchy hazelnut and almond praline, sweetened with local Knocknarea honey and finished with a whisper of Irish sea salt for a flavour that feels both rich and rooted in place. Every bar is crafted to highlight authentic chocolate notes and the best of Irish ingredients, making it a beautiful gift or a moment of quiet indulgence paired with a cup of tea or shared with someone special.

Materials:

Milk chocolate: Min cocoa solids 33.6%, min milk solids 20.8%,(cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, whole milk powder), icing sugar, knocknarae honey, almonds, hazelnuts, Irish sea salt.

We dispatch orders every day; delivery typically takes 2–3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays ship the next working day. Domestic deliveries go out with An Post. International orders are sent with DPD or DHL. For destinations outside the EU, local import duties or customs fees may apply and are payable by the recipient.
