Lunch Time Yoga at Fabiani - MP Yoga

Lunch time Yoga starts next week on Tuesday 18th of June, at 1:05pm, finishing at 1:50. 

This series will continue until the 22nd of July.

About the practice - 

Recharge and renew with midday yoga essentials - do you have a free hour at lunchtime to join?

Or do you work in town and can take your break from 1-2pm? 

Are you a hybrid worker and this time and day is ideal for stretch and relaxation?

This is the class for you! 

Please book your place as space is limited. 

If you have MP yoga cards, you can use your pass toward this class. 

Yoga will be always adjusted to the group dynamics so don’t worry if you haven’t done much practice before.

Join us for our Saturday series and enjoy the vibrant experience of yoga practice and newness from Mudshot in Fabiani. Take this time for yourself, it’s for the body, for the mind and social aspect with like-minded people. Let yourself to be pampered!

Saturday 22nd June - Teen Class with MP Yoga 


If you always wanted to try yoga or you practice yoga and want to learn more, this is class for you. 

If you play lots of sports and need a recovery stretch, or if there is a lot going on in your head and you need to calm down and relax, this class is for you. 

Celebrating finished exams and the end of school year, it’s a good way to unwind!

Booking is essential for this class. 

For teens under 18 years old, parent/guardian must make booking. 

Investment : €10 per class 



Healthy Aging Class with MP Yoga

Earth element - the path of life - this popular class is now available exclusively for older adults, seniors, and active age groups. 

This class will start on 2nd July at 11:30am and will continue for 5 weeks. 

Please note - this is not Chair Yoga! This practice is all about gentle and mindful movement to build strength, coordination, balance, mobility, and flexibility.
