This essential oil blend is crafted to soothe the senses with a calming mix of French lavender, chamomile and mandarin, creating a floral, fruity and herbal aroma that helps prepare the mind for restful sleep. Designed to promote relaxation, it brings a gentle sense of ease to your evening routine whether used in a diffuser, a bath or as a light massage oil. Use in a diffuser, room spray, warm bath or with a carrier oil. Recommended ratio is 5 to 10 drops of essential oil for every 20 ml of carrier oil, alcohol or water.
